R2R Body Beat Affirmation Exercises

1. First teach the three parts of the body for the underlying pulse
Right Thigh, Left Thigh, Right Chest, Left Chest, Right Thigh, Left Thigh, Clap, Rest (One count for each - 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8). Note, the clap is done above the head.

2. Solidify this foundation rhythm by repeating until all are secure and united in the pattern. The feet can also be stepping to a one, two, beat.

3. Add the foundation affirmation in time to the beat – “Keep the Beat and Move your Feet”.

4. Pass out parts – divide the room into thirds.

Part 1 - RT, LT, RT, LT- RC, LC, RC, LC
