This is a one day workshop that extends upon our standard two day therapeutic workshop with new exercises, themes, rhythms and opportunities to refresh and extend your knowledge of the Rhythm2Recovery model and its various applications.

Participants must have completed a standard two day R2R workshop prior to this course.

Cost – $250 plus booking fee

$195 if completing as an immediate extension of the two day course, e.g. 3 Days – $595 + $195 = $790

Rhythm2Recovery present their two day training program that provides professionals working in the Health, Education and Personal Development fields with the skills to implement a wide range of fun and engaging rhythmic musical exercises linked to positive changes in social and emotional wellbeing.

This evidence based training will leave participants with the skills necessary to employ rhythmical musical activities, linked to reflective discussions, in their practice, in a practical and impactful way.

No prior musical experience necessary.

2 Days of practical and fun exercises for use across a wide range of settings, and with diverse populations, for social and emotional development.

Day One, 9am – 4.30pm

The Rhythm2Recovery model – linking the evidence of what works in therapy to rhythmic activities for individuals and groups.

  • An introduction to the Rhythm2Recovery model
  • Rhythm exercises and strategies to cement the therapeutic alliance
  • Exercises that examine values & boundaries

  • Rhythm exercises for teamwork and healthy relationships

  • Key Analogies linking the musical exercises to life experiences & encouraging reflection
